Fees and Deadlines


REGISTRATION FEES

  • On Or Before July 21, 2017: $275
  • July 22, 2017 Forward: $325
  • July 17, 2017 is the last day to submit registration and checks by mail. After this date, bring your registration form and payment to the conference for on-site registration.

CANCELLING YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:

  • By July 21, 2017: Refund minus $25 processing fee
  • After July 21, 2017: No refunds
  • No-shows will not be granted a refund.
  • Hotel cancellations are your responsibilty.

EXHIBIT BOOTH FEES:

  • $300 per non-profit booth
  • $575 per for-profit booth

CANCELLATION OF BOOTH SPACE:

  • Before July 21, 2017: Refund minus 25% processing fee
  • July 21-August 1, 2017: 50% refund
  • After August 1, 2017: No refund
  • No Show: No refund

DEADLINES:

  • Hotel Reservations: July 21, 2017
  • Speaker A/V Request Forms: July 1, 2017
  • Speaker Handouts For Posting To Web And/Or Conference Mobile App by GOHS: July 1, 2017
