CANCELLING YOUR CONFERENCE REGISTRATION:
- By July 21, 2017: Refund minus $25 processing fee
- After July 21, 2017: No refunds
- No-shows will not be granted a refund.
- Hotel cancellations are your responsibilty.
EXHIBIT BOOTH FEES:
- $300 per non-profit booth
- $575 per for-profit booth
CANCELLATION OF BOOTH SPACE:
- Before July 21, 2017: Refund minus 25% processing fee
- July 21-August 1, 2017: 50% refund
- After August 1, 2017: No refund
- No Show: No refund
