- On or Before July 21, 2017: Registrants may receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee.
- After July 21, 2017: There will be no refunds.
- All cancellations must be sumitted in writing to GOHS.
- All approved refunds will be made after the conference.
- No-shows will not be granted a refund.
