GOHS PROJECT DIRECTORS CONFERENCE--FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS AND REPORTING TRAINING SESSION

NEW INFORMATION FOR SEPTEMBER 17TH, 2004--Due to the low number of people requiring training at the 2004 Project Director's Conference, the location for this year's conference has been changed to the Georgia Public Safety Training Center in Forsyth, Georgia for October 6th, 2004. Training will start at 10 a.m. The GPSTC is located at 1000 Indian Springs Drive in Forsyth right off of the I-75. (Directions to the Training Center from Atlanta: GPSTC directional signs are posted prior to the exit.Traveling south on I-75, take exit number 188, turn right at the stop sign. Go 0.5 mile and turn left across the railroad tracks on the Training Center access road). Contact your GOHS planner for more information if needed.

The Governor's Office of Highway Safety invites you to join us for the “GOHS Project Directors Conference - Financial Documents & Reporting Training Session”. Unless exempted by your assigned planner, this is a MANDATORY training session for all FY 2005 project directors and the person(s) responsible for completing your monthly claims for reimbursement.

The training will begin promptly at 10:30 a.m., registration will begin from 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and will last until approximately 4:00 p.m.

Financial Documents & Reporting Forms & Instructions (Please bring a copy with you. This will be available on the website shortly. Current grantees will also receive a copy in the mail and via email).
GOHS Training Form (Must be received no later that September 28, 2004)

Please bring a copy of your current grant application. The GOHS Training form will serve as your registration form and should be completed for each person attending and returned prior to the training (No later than September 28, 2004). This will justify expenses (if applicable) that need to be claimed for this training.
