Registration Fees:

On or before June 30, 2008: $150

After June 30, 2008 and on-site: $225


In order to process your registration, a check (in U.S. dollars, payable to Georgia Governor's Office of Highway Safety), credit card number (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express), or purchase order must accompany your registration form. Registration forms without an attached P.O. or payment will not be processed.

The registration fee includes:

Welcome Reception Monday evening

Two lunches (Tuesday and Wednesday)

Cancellation Policy:

On or before July 10, 2008: registrants may receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee.

After July 10, 2008: there will be no refunds.

* All approved refunds will be made after the conference.
* No-shows will not receive a refund.
