CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

On or before June 30, 2008: $150

After June 30, 2008: $225

No show: No refunds

July 10, 2008 is the last day to send registration or checks by mail.
After this date, bring your registration form and payment to the conference for onsite registration.


CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION

By July 10, 2008: refund minus $25.00 processing fee
After July 10, 2008: no refunds
