PSA GUIDELINES

Theme: Dangers and Consequences of Impaired Driving Among Teenagers

Basic Requirements:

--30 second public service annnouncement.

-- Include at least one fact from "Fact Sheet"

--Acceptable formats include DVD, VHS and electric formats--Windows Media and QuickTime.

--Submissions that include profanity or nudity will be automatically disqualified.

--Entries must be submitted by the school principal, but must be entirely student work.

--Please submit only one entry per school with completed entry form.

--The entry will not be returned.

--Execution of Talent Release by winning entrants granting permission to the Sponsors or their authorized agents to use, reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, display or exhibit the entrants' video.

Judging Criteria:

--Creativity

--Content

--Effectiveness of Message

--Production quality will not be a determining factor

Deadline: Postmarked by January 31, 2007
